The Well being of Parents!
Please do not forget about yourselves during this time.
When we don't feel well our children know it, we're all connected.
We want everyone to feel loved, supported, acknowledged and secure during these times.
We've put some ideas and suggestions for you to take time for yourself.
- Take a walk/run by yourself
-Watch a virtual tour of place you've always dreamt of going
-Bake something delicious (with what's in the house)
-Write out how you are feeling
-Take that bubble bath you've been putting off
-Listen to a positive podcast
-Read that book that's been on your shelf
-Write a letter to a loved one
-Facetime someone you miss
-Learn a new small activity; drawing, meditation, yoga.
-Start that project you've been talking about
-Get some sun on your face
-ASK FOR HELP!
